1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WAConnect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WAConnect is a WhatsApp lead management SaaS that includes a Chrome extension and web dashboard for capturing, organizing and tracking sales leads from WhatsApp Web.

3. Account Registration

  • • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • • One account per user. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • • The free trial lasts 7 days and requires no payment method.
  • • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any paid plan. Subsequent months are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge via our support channels.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • • Spam or harass individuals
  • • Collect data without proper consent under applicable laws (GDPR, PDPA, etc.)
  • • Violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content within WAConnect are owned by WAConnect and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

WAConnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users via email for material changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of jurisdiction applicable to WAConnect's registered place of business.
